flexible, easy to get time off
Very generous things on offer. Not much to complain about. Very fair for what you are doing as an employee
It is a financially stable place to start a career, however the salary is not competitive , and the opportunity for promotion is limited.
You don't have to work on weekends and you don't have to tutor on the holidays if you don't want to so plenty of time to travel
basic Super for teaching only, uni-super is good
There weren't really any perks.
No holidays as I was on contract Very flexible working hours nice office environment High workload No job stability Nice people to work with
Pro: Being able to work from home and dictate own hours
Good Place for studying, I enjoy my 2 year life in UQ.
Good: high superannuation than other organisations Bad: salary package and sacrifice options not clear to new staff
