Good company. Support employees and good commission
They dont give benefits to the staff. I think the best part is the work was very chill most of the time. Its very quite most of the time but management wants us to do some magic which is impossible to get sales
Flexible working arrangements, free phone, internal training and development and on site facilities
Flexibility and worklife balance is great
It is a good beginning for people who don't have any work experience before to learn and grow. When you reach your target you can have the commission, which is the very motivation for you to improve your sales skills. The worst thing is that some customers can be very annoying but you have to manage your manner.
The best were the incentives the worst the staff The selling was easy the hard part was dealing with the drama of everyone not customers they were lovely the reason I left was the drama
No benefits extended to Australian employess by Vodafone group
Vodafone looks to keeping their staff on board to ensure they maintain their quality service. A way of keeping their staff is through the service anniversary plans, which are quite attractive.
The commission isn't much and I have yet been paid however the job is fairly simple and relaxing.
