Flexible work hours - The best thing is you can plan your retirement by gradual reduction of work hours. You could work for 4 years for 80% salary and take the 5th year off - while continuing to get your salary and securing your job. Paranting leave is quite good as well. Onsite Gym with reduced fee is great.
