Health Insurance and parental health insurance are the best. the LTA is also very good at wipro. We can claim our parental insurance premium and avail good LTA and other medical benefits of all tests and in patients as well

Many benefits( i.e. Bonus) depends on employee on how good they are with their Manager and how hard they can negotiate.

Wipro is not employee friendly employer at all. All the policies are designed in such away that only benefit of employer.
