Great benefits package. I was able to cover my wife and son at a very low cost, 401 k is great also.
Company pays employees' health insurance premium, and also a large portion of the premium for dependents. Dental & vision is also incredibly inexpensive for the entire family. Medical and dental coverage is fantastic - better than anything I've had at previous jobs, where i paid > $600/month for dental + health for a family of 4. *Yardi has a profit-sharing program. This year they company will deposit 8% of every employees' salary into their 401k account. I believe you have to be here 3 years to receive the full 8%, but they prorate the % if you haven't been with the company that long.
They had a great program, free heath insurance is all that has to be said.
Best thing about benefits at yardi systems is PTO offered. Worst thing is bonus calculation and no match to 401k contribution.
Blue Cross HMO fully paid for by company and after working for more than a couple of years, you are eligible to stay in the vacation condos.
The company pays for the healthcare coverage for the employee and the other benefit premiums are low. They extended parental leave benefits to be 16 weeks, 12 paid at 100% and the other 4 weeks you can use PTO.

Seems Generous to me. PTO structure especially is generous considering the life events that can come up. 401k, health vision and dental, life insurance, other various forms of support, paid maternity leave etc
