Free fruits and snacks. Pool table, cable television and PS4 with different games. Bonus if you hit your monthly KPIs (applies to both sales and non-sales staff)
There were some discounts and staff googies when I started working there but they were discontinued. The best part is the natural culture created.
Best: Free fortnightly massages, fruit and ice-creams. Free food on public holidays. Worst: Missing out on massages or catered food due to starting work on a later shift.
Most of the offers cater to high-end gym discounts. There used to be fortnightly massages but they stopped those.
Best: The bonus platform is based on actual customer perception (using NPS). You can earn a lot extra per month. Worst: The base salary.
Best benefits is guesting your iiNet internet service with them by receiving a staff credit of upto $100 off your bill for multiple services and receiving R&R bonuses monthly for providing awesome customer service.
just get internet a little free thats it and compensation sounds amazing but one has to work their adds-off.
The pay as a CSR is not very good. $38 500 per year full time, you can get bonuses at the end of the month but getting shafted on your NPS surveys can send a month of good work down the drain very quickly. Holidays are standard. The Melbourne office did have a decent break room, coffee machine (check that the milk wasn't left there from the night before though, people have an aversion to cleaning the damn thing) and ping pong table.
Fortnightly massages were the best!
They aren't all that good, they really don't add any extra value to the job they are offering. It's like the extra features of a service you get from a company, that you would never use.
