Ability to workout for free in the community.

They provide benefits however I did not apply for any.
part-time educators got 40% of merchandise and 50% off markdown products. All merchandise bought is non-returnable
They will match between 4-6% of your 401k! But they do not start contributing to your 401k until 2 years of working for the company.
Did not start offering 401k until 2016, stock options only available to full time employees, yoga/sweat benefits is great, PTO only for assistant store managers and above.
no health insurance really hurts. free exercise classes is nice tho.
I was a full time educator and worked approx. 31 hours a week. I received full time health insurance with United Healthcare, dental insurance, and a $250 Yoga benefit (I believe you are taxed on this only if you spend it) to use at any boutique fitness/health facility. I was able to enroll in a 401K right when I switched from part time to full time and got to choose what percentage of my pay to stow away.
Really nothing bad to say about this.
