They will match between 4-6% of your 401k! But they do not start contributing to your 401k until 2 years of working for the company.

Did not start offering 401k until 2016, stock options only available to full time employees, yoga/sweat benefits is great, PTO only for assistant store managers and above.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Educator in Pasadena, California

I was a full time educator and worked approx. 31 hours a week. I received full time health insurance with United Healthcare, dental insurance, and a $250 Yoga benefit (I believe you are taxed on this only if you spend it) to use at any boutique fitness/health facility. I was able to enroll in a 401K right when I switched from part time to full time and got to choose what percentage of my pay to stow away.

You get a different discount on clothing depending on if you are part time or full time. The catch is that you are only allowed to purchase clothing for yourself, they have the right to fire you if you buy clothes for other people. They do pay for a certain number of workout classes per week which is amazing. They do have a shop night on the holidays where you get a budget for discounted clothing for other people (not just yourself).

They do offer very good options for Health Insurance if you work over 25 hours a week. They do not however offer any time off/paid vacation unless you are a manager or assistant manager

The yoga benefit is great, you only get benefits if you work a certain amount of hours, and getting disability benefit after disability is pretty difficult and they don't give you information regarding it, you must look up for yourself
