In July 2015, Founder and CEO Brent Pearson found himself perusing through academic research around the way companies brought people into an organization, and the profound effect that process had on business critical metrics. This gave him the “ah-ha!” moment that led to the conceptualization and creation of Enboarder. Fast forward six years, Enboarder has grown from a small team of two operating out of Sydney to over 120 passionate humans across Australia, EMEA and the US, with that headcount expected to reach 200 over the next 12 months due to rapid growth. After closing out our Series A funding at US$13 million from leading Australian VC firm, Our Innovation Fund, LP and top US VC firm, Greycroft just to name a few, we are in the middle of our Series B - more to come on that! Enboarder empowers HR teams and managers to create, test and deploy beautiful communications, helping to lay the foundation for a great culture and long-term employment. As such, we are now being used by some of the largest organizations nationally and internationally including: Walmart, McDonald's, Eventbrite, HSBC, Banana Republic, Westpac, Qantas, Samsung, Gucci, and Canva just to name a few. As far as our product goes, it’s as beautiful as it is functional and we’re unrivalled in the market. We also have the highest NPS score in the industry (our customers LOVE us).
