Looking for some advice. I have spent the last 3 years at a large account tech company. I rapidly moved through the consulting roles to Digital Transformation Consultant where I spent a year successfully hitting quota on pre sale targets. I then moved into a Senior Account Exec role for the last year and again had a full year hitting targets, but l am looking to move out of the Fintech world. Would I have any chance in an AE role at Salesforce?

I just finished my first full year as an SDR and ended up clearing $85k total comp, which felt great until I saw what some of the AEs are making. I’m being offered a promotion to Senior SDR with a $10k bump, but I’d rather just jump straight to a Junior AE role elsewhere. My manager says I’m too valuable in lead gen to move me up to closing yet. Is it time to hop companies to get that AE title and the $120k+ OTE?

I have a higher expected quota than the AEs at my company and the math just isn’t mathing. They want me to book 20 qualified meetings a month for a $65k OTE, while the AEs only need two closings to hit their accelerators. I’m doing all the heavy lifting and getting the entry-level scraps while they coast on the leads I hand-deliver. Should I stick it out for the promotion, or just jump to a Junior AE role at a smaller?

Received an offer from a large abu dhabi company (government owned, quite large) for 50k aed/month for Senior Manager equivalent. I am currently a PL at BCG with ~6 yoe - obviously a big comp hit, but wondering if im being low-balled or if BCG is just paying me too much. Anyone have insights into AD exits that could comment?

I’m a senior manager at BCG in US and received a 68K AED offer from ADQ investment team in Abu Dhabi. Any folks who have made a similar switch? I don’t have much scope at BCG for moving up given no client platform and also don’t like it here. How should I think about it? Any pointers?
