I am a little upset set because I just received a denial letter from Aldi and this is my 5th time doing an interview with them and it's not like I don't have experience working in a grocery store I have 5 plus years in the customer service field but yet overtime I go to an interview answer all the question perfectly. I am in shape, healthy, and workout regularly, with that being said this job will do permanent t damage to your body. If you’re young over time. They imply safety is a priority but it is not! I have been offered another job in a law firm. I currently have a good title but work in a small high street firm, it is a 20 minute drive from where I live and is flexible and friendly. I like working here but there is a risk the owner is going to sell to another firm and this is very likely. I have been offered a job for £17k more but the commute is 50 minutes each way two days a week. It is more corporate but similar to what I am doing now. They seem to have more training opportunities. The pay offered is good and I have close to 10 years of experience However, I've read that the place is chaotic, toxic, lesser room for being able to voice your opinions, concerns, lesser freedom / autonomy, work-life balance also depends on the project you're on (public sector is good, others are bad). Too much of a autocratic culture. Would really appreciate your help to make an informed decision

I'm working on my resume. I heard that if I use Al like ChatGPT, it helps to get my resume in front of hiring managers. I've also heard that Al will flag that I used Al, so then it looks like I'm not being authentic. I have had mixed results. It’s definitely improved my resume but I haven’t gotten any responses either. Which is it? What's your take on using Al for resumes?

I have had a phone screen and met with the hiring manager and now have my 3rd and final interview with the team lead for Aldi. Right after this final interview they want to schedule a benefits presentation overview before, if I receive one, an offer is presented. Is this normal? It’s strange to me. Anybody gone through this before? Thanks!
