I am looking for a referral for an experienced plaintiff-side employment lawyer in Minnesota to help my aunt.
She is currently employed by the Metropolitan Council in the Twin Cities. She has not been terminated, nor has she been placed on paid administrative leave; instead, the employer has placed her on an unpaid leave of absence. There are no medical restrictions, FMLA issues, or clear reasons provided by the employer for this status.
I would greatly appreciate a referral.
