If you've spent 1.5 years as a BDR (and got an unexpected promotion as BDR manager), would you stay in the role longer, or would you actively try to aim for an AE role? If the latter, would you try within the company or look outside? I loved my time as an SDR, and I felt like I was progressing every day, but somehow, as a BDR, I'm feeling quite stagnant.
