Hi, I would appreciate any thoughts on working for BWS (part of BDO?) as senior project manager with the position being fully remote but seemingly very demanding, how do new employees learn the role and culture and manage global teams remotely, especially as the BDO family seems so dispersed and potentially un-aligned? Plus there is also mention of having poor benefits due to legacy contracts, which was apparently due to be rectified in 2024, but seems to be delayed into 2025 and beyond...thanks

I’m so ticked. BDO gave me a raise and then laid me off because they can’t afford. I reached my committed hours at 100% last year and maintained 95% for this quarter. At least the MPO was straight forward of their financial situation
