I worked at a B4 for 4 years as a Mgr in biz support. I loved it until I moved to a dumpster fire team and was bullied/scapegoated by my Director. I left the firm, got an MBA, and have decided to try to return as a SA. I had referrals and touched base with several directors/Partners I’d worked with before to provide a nudge, but was rejected for the two roles I applied for without so much as a screening. Every 360 I had was excellent, but hers was cruelly-low. I feel like I’ve been blacklisted.

I’m a recent graduate from New York University (May 2025). Currently transitioning into finance positions after completing SIE examination. I had a Superday at BlackRock around 3 weeks ago I haven’t had any updates. I emailed the recruiter at the 2 week mark and haven’t heard back. I’m wondering why I haven’t heard anything? Is it still possible to get an offer this late in the game or I’m likely rejected?
