Feeling disposed of at the age of 44. I was let go from my job after helping get a new office together and systems in order. I was let go and replaced by a younger girl for less pay. I have had this happen to me twice. Having gotten a retail shop started and managed for almost 4 years, and replaced by younger. It is difficult to get past. I have considered using my skills and figuring out a way to be self employed. I've obtained great skills using Canva. Has anyone ever used Fiverr?

Working at canna cabana was one of the worst working experiences I’ve ever had. As a manager I was constantly overworked. Salaried and frequently had to go over 40 hours with no compensation. In 7 months got no bonuses or anything extra that was promised. The team I hired was the only good thing. It was so bad I actually stopped using cannabis all together now. Toxic corporate bosses. HR is for the company not for the worker.
