Currently working at Chubb after a couple years and questioning my ability to do my job. I’ve read that Chubb will wear you down more so than other carriers but I’ve been working exhausted and now I’m making stupid mistakes which is causing me to be more anxious and question my ability to do my job and my intelligence. Who else has worked at more than one carrier/went from Chubb to somewhere else? I’m ready to just try and start new somewhere but I’m worried it’ll just be wash, rinse, repeat.

I’m applying for a position at Chubb in a state where THC/marijuana is not legal. I understand Chubb typically requires a drug screening for employment but I was wondering if anyone could confirm as to whether Chubb drug screens for THC/marijuana for new hires? I understand companies can still prohibit use even if in a legal state, but have heard mixed feedback regarding whether Chubb still tests for THC/marijuana in 2025. If anyone knows and could let me know, it’d be much appreciated.
