Citi needs to do better when it comes to benefits. I do appreciate they give lower medical insurance pricing to lower paying jobs. However, they really screw over higher compensated employees. I can get marketplace insurance for cheaper than I am going to have to pay for insurance here. My family of 4 is going to cost me over $700 a paycheck. I am at a Director level. I don’t like complaining because I do have a nice compensation level but the costs are higher than marketplace. Do better

Citi hey guys, received an offer for a VP role in IA based in the Mississauga office, recruiter initially informed me the range was CAD 138k to CAD 148k but when on to offer CAD 142k final offer. I have 2year+ Manager experience in public accounting in London, England. Am I alright to feel like I am being low balled here. In US and London UK this offer is not up to an AVP salary in same Citi (not certain cost of living differences completely explains the diff) Are Canadians being underpaid?

Has anyone reccently done NIPT testing with Cigna? They told me it will be fully covered if it’s a “medical necessity” but then wouldn’t define what criteria that is. I’ve heard of people having issues with it being covered if you’re not high risk (over 35, something abnormal on a scan, etc.). Does anyone have any insight to how strictly Cigna defines “medical necessity” in practice?

Any thoughts on Citi Strata Premier? Gonna apply if/when the bonus goes up from 60k so I can transfer those to AA. But I am curious if it's a keeper card or better to just downgrade after a year. $95 and comes with a $100 credit on a $500+ hotel booked through Citi. Already got both Citi AA Plat and Citi AA biz for 80k miles each (will cancel both in a year).

I'm done with my two Karat Citi interviews and still didn't get a response from the recruiter for next steps. I sent several emails to the recruiter, but there was no response. One of my applications is under business review and more than two weeks overdue. Someone please help if you have any idea and face this waiting time before and when you get the response, please.

What a cool window display at Citi which shows the sponsorships throughout the city, including CitiField and Citibikes. Both are iconic in New York and illustrates the roots Citi has here. Is this more effective than a normal window display with the benefits of the bank?
