      Tool And Die Maker

What would you do? I just finished my last year of my Tool and Die Making degree and got a place to do my work experience (requisite to graduate). The thing is, when I was at the interview I kept it straight and tell the employer I was highly interested on developing my skills with 3 axis cnc machine and eventually learn to handle a 4 axis cnc and wire edm...It's been 7 months already and still no signs of my supervisor wanting to teach me anything at all, I'm stuck working with manual machines.

I’m a UI/UX designer with a background in economics and customer experience, currently exploring product systems that prioritize transparency and trust. My journey into design started with curiosity about how digital experiences influence decision-making — especially in emerging tech spaces. I’m particularly interested in building structured, user-centered systems that solve real problems rather than just look good. Looking forward to connecting and learning from other professionals here.

Dynamic currency conversion (DCC) is a financial service used in international transactions, when a customer from one country makes a credit or debit card purchase in another. DCC allows the transaction to be processed at the point of sale in the currency of the cardholder’s home country. The global credit card payments market is forecast to jump from $524.9 billion in 2022 to $1.2 trillion by 2032, and cross-border payments are an important piece of that growth.

Working on a short project designing and developing a CNC Router/Milling Machine to do automotive wheel rims repair. Designed the mechanical hardware using extruded aluminum, worm gears and stepper motors. That was it for the actual machine hard part. Then developed the electronics proof of concept using Arduino and 4 stepper motor drivers for a 3 axis CNC Mill/Router. After wards, I continued to developing the PCB for a final commercial product.

      Remvx LTD
      3w

Hey everyone, I built Remvx myself after getting tired of ScreenConnect and NinjaOne — either too expensive, too heavy, or too complicated. It’s a fast, lightweight Remote Access + RMM tool: quick remote desktop, device monitoring, scripting, updates, and reports — all in one simple console. Now live and testing with first users. If you’re an MSP or handle IT support, DM me if you want to try it. Honest feedback welcome 🙏 #Remvx #RMM

Do you want to know what my dream job looks like? It’s all about developing automated trading systems for Forex. My ideal work involves creating trading bots, algorithmic strategies (MT4, MT5, TradingView), backtesting, optimization, and integrating AI/ML for smarter trading. I’ve built Martingale XAUUSD bots, ICT indicators, and scalping tools. Open to remote or freelance roles in trading automation!

Is TELLUS DIGITAL a good company to work for, I have seen some reviews. Wanted the bowls opinion. Does anyone- have any personal experience with this company? I landed a 6 week project, and I am excited to get started but, I have already been through three onboarding analysis. Does it keep going or does paid work actually happen. Or, do you think I am literally training AI for free?

Private Equity and the Buy Side

      Pre-IPO & Capital Markets

Is the push for DPI making high velocity SPVs more attractive than direct holdings? With SpaceX approaching $1.75T, the concentration risk of a single $250k ticket is a tough sell for LPs. Managers are shifting to $10k "exit baskets" to spread risk across 5-10 pre-IPO names. Is capital efficiency finally outweighing the prestige of direct ownership in your portfolios?

      Tech Interviews

      Software Developer
      8mo

Hi everyone! I’m preparing for the Oracle OCI Principal Software Engineer (IC4) interview and would love insights on the first-round process. Was it mainly DSA/LeetCode, system design, or a mix? Also curious about the difficulty level and any focus on cloud, distributed systems, or microservices. Any tips or recent experiences would be super helpful — thank you!
