Hi, I have a 1st interview with Dentsu tomorrow for a role in their finance team in London. I can't find any recent posts in this sub - reddit regarding Dentsu London, but does anyone have any work life balance info they'd be happy to share? I know they've posted terrible numbers recently, along with job cuts so am surprised to see open roles still. Also I see they are "2-3 days" in the office, which seems a bit fairer than the other Holdcos? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Hey guys. 37y old female dental professional in NJ. I’ve been in the dental world a little over 16yrs. now. I’ve worn all the hats - from clinical to sales, claims, coaching, public speaking and management. I’ve commuted to various locations overseeing operations. That being said, like most of you…I am tired. And my peopling has expired. Are any of you kind souls associated with remote dental industry roles? Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna etc. Seeking any and all guidance from the payor side.

So yesterday I had a dentist appointment for a crown. I knew it would take the rest of my afternoon so I figured I should take a gummy. Fast forward to my appointment, they now have this device that takes tons of pictures of your teeth so a little cnc mill can make a replacement. That device is shaped like a co*k and this older but still hot technician is telling me to open wider as she puts it in my mouth. I am gagging and trying my best not to laugh as the gummy is well kicked in. How horrible

Dentsu/ iProspect has been great to me for nearly 7 years. Originally out of the Pittsburgh office, however, I have gone remote since. Promotions over the last 4 years have been slow to come by for not just myself, but for my whole department. The work overall depends on the client account you are assigned. Some give a healthy work life balance while others can have you swamped working late hours + weekends. It is truly a gamble, as is everything with agency life

International dentist with oral surgery expertise and a Master’s in Clinical Research (NYU). Experienced across dental schools, private practice, and industry with leadership and mentorship roles. I bring a blend of clinical skill, academic insight, and business awareness. Seeking advice on how to best position this hybrid profile in the U.S.—whether in academia, practice, research, or industry—and how to stand out while staying true to my motto: Never Come Slow.

My time at Patterson Dental was marked by a persistent “good ole boy” culture that prioritized tenure and internal politics over innovation and merit. Leadership often defaulted to outdated practices, making it difficult to introduce fresh ideas or drive meaningful change., the resistance to modern sales strategies and inclusive leadership was disappointing. Talented individuals may find their growth limited unless they conform to a rigid, legacy-driven hierarchy.

I have a question..I redid my resume so I could apply at a dental office near me. As I’ve said before I’m in a time crunch with my family if I don’t get a job by the end of the month. I’m actually looking for any job at this point. I see a job on this site that is non dental. I’m afraid to change out my current resume because I see the dental office I applied at is reviewing applications at the moment. Would it be odd to apply some place non dental with my dental resume?

Anyone work on the Microsoft account at Dentsu? Want to know more about the relationship with the clients, what is something you would change if you could, and what is great about it. And would love multiple perspectives from different people working on different departments IE: Media Buying, Strategy, Analytics, etc

Any insight on Dentsu (in London)? What’s the culture like, pay/compensation, is the work interesting etc? Currently interviewing for a role there in the Business Transformation team… but I have heard good and bad things and I don’t want to pivot into a role I’m going to hate again

is Huge a good place to be looking out for jobs now? I initially wanted to just focus on Dentsu but I heard they've been laying team off left and right. I'm trying my best to get a remote job too, so please offer any suggestions you have for agencies that champion remote working.
