I need help. I started a fun IG page yapping about AI literacy, and in 3 months it has blown up. I now need to tell them at ACN, to be like “y’elloo, I have a content page, just fyi!” Cause I would need to put any income in my taxes and in my contract ACN needs to know… Anyone have advice how this process goes? Like… who to tell and how and stuff? HR can be extremely annoying and petty just to make life difficult… and I don’t want this to be soured for me. Help!

I’m interviewing for the Associate and Graduate Linux/Windows Engineer roles at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). I’ve completed a technical interview with the Team Lead and a Capture the Flag assessment. The final onsite round is a 4-hour session. Has anyone attended a similar interview at SIG? What should I expect from the onsite process?

What is the happy medium dimension wise for IG Reels? I hate how my reels look in feed with the Gaussian blur automatically applied to the side when shot in 9:16 but then get bothered by how the Reel gets cropped when viewed on the Reels tab when shooting in 4:5. Feels like a boss or a client is always annoyed.
