Someone once told me that KPMG is a mediocre firm and it can be only a stepping stone in your career. They asked me to judge this fact by looking at people who have stayed in KPMG for years.. after observing them for a few years now, I couldn’t agree more. It is a firm driven by mere politics at work (agree that there is politics everywhere) rather than a talent or Skills. They just act that they have looked at Global People Survey’s but hardly anything has changed as to how the company works

I've kind of been following the KPMG case in Australia. I say kind of, because what are the stakes here really? Is KPMG going to face any consequences? I'm guessing they will be slapped with a fee that sounds big on paper but doesn't hurt KPMG's profits at all.

I finished hr discussion with KPMG GS i have 2.8 years of experience. Current base pay is 5.25LPA and KPMG is giving me 10LPA as fixed . Is it too low ? I am thinking to call the hr and try to negotiate with him if possible. Is it fine ?
