      Hi everyone, I’m currently evaluating an opportunity and would appreciate some guidance from those working at LTIMindtree. For someone with around 16 years of experience, what designation is typically mapped under P4, P5 and P6 bands? What is the usual fixed vs variable pay structure for P4 and P5? Is the variable component actually paid out in full? Or is it performance/business dependent? Does the company charge employees separately for parental medical insurance for all bands?

      Unfortunately I recently got terminated from Carmax for a very unjust reason, I recently sold my car to someone who later wanted me to repay him $200 because he found something wrong on the car, I conducted this personal transaction as I was wearing the uniform becuase I was going to work afterwards, so he offcourse noticed that I work at Carmax later he reached out to Carmax just to cause me some troubles, guess what they terminated me for wearing the uniform as I am conducting the transactio

      How is the PERM process looking now at G timelinewise ? I have 24 months left for my H1b maxout and haven’t been able to secure a PD from my last employer (Deloitte) , because they have paused it indefinitely. Cuttently pursuing interview loop at G for a non tech PgM role and know that G does batch processing. Does anyone have any insights ? How long does it take for PERM submission ? If my PERM gets submitted 1 year before my maxout date, I can also extend my H1b at one year intervals.

      Hello, Actuellement Manager (M1) en Big 4 à 68k fixe +10% variable, je vais passer des entretiens pour d'autres cabinets hors big 4 (CapGemini Invent, BearingPoint, etc.) au sein des équipes Strat IT/M&A IT. Vous savez si les rémunérations sont plus élevées que les classiques "Transfo digitale" en big 4 ? Je sais que la strat paye mieux, mais là on parle de strat IT dans des cabinets moins "reconnus" que les big 4, donc je suis pas certain que les grilles de salaire soient plus élevées.

      Ogletree attorneys I’m a second-year, and 2025 was my first full year with the firm. I billed 2,160 total hours (including pro bono and training). Of my billables, 920 were on a single large case that later received significant billing discounts for client-retention reasons, which lowered my realization. We haven’t had 2025 reviews yet, but my OMS mentioned this could impact my comp and bonus. Do any OD attorneys have insight on how this is evaluated?

      I applied for my current position, only to be notified during the interview process that the position is actually a temporary, 3 month gig. Despite being full time amongst 5,000 employees, they did not offer me any benefits package. There is a chance that they may offer to extend me by another 3 months at the end of the first sprint, but wouldn’t offer benefits at that time either unless I am made a permanent employee.

For those who've worked there: Expected Director bonus payout for LTIMindtree w/ 3-4 rating? for Nagaroo if meet criteria ? Which has better brand, market/client recognition for competencies/delivery, & growth for account mgmt?
