Received an offer from a large abu dhabi company (government owned, quite large) for 50k aed/month for Senior Manager equivalent. I am currently a PL at BCG with ~6 yoe - obviously a big comp hit, but wondering if im being low-balled or if BCG is just paying me too much. Anyone have insights into AD exits that could comment?

What does EM/ PL look like Mck and bcg and how is the promotion process structured? It feels very different from Bain with a dedicated M year and it seems like the scope of an SM is typically closer to more tenured EM/PL (typically overseeing 3-4+). We have a pretty thorough promotion process from M to SM

Realistic BCG Platinion travel ? Thinking about accepting the offer at BCG ( I’m currently at EY and the norm is remote very low travel) but thinking about my family, I am a super present parent and don’t want to leave my kids and wife every week.
