Ogletree attorneys I’m a second-year, and 2025 was my first full year with the firm. I billed 2,160 total hours (including pro bono and training). Of my billables, 920 were on a single large case that later received significant billing discounts for client-retention reasons, which lowered my realization. We haven’t had 2025 reviews yet, but my OMS mentioned this could impact my comp and bonus. Do any OD attorneys have insight on how this is evaluated?

Has anyone worked at Ogilvy Health or know what it’s like? A recruiter recently reached out to me, and while the company seems to have a generous salary budget, the offer I received was unexpectedly low—which raises a few red flags. I’d love to hear any insights on their workplace culture or advice from folks who’ve been through the interview process or worked there.

Expecting an offer from Ogilvy NY for a gcd role in the near future. What salty should I expect them to offer and what should I counter with? A range wasn’t previously discussed. Also are there any other elements of the total package I should look to improve upon? Any advice appreciated.

Omnicom folks who take a GLP-1 for weight loss…how are you getting your medication since coverage ended earlier this year? Any tricks or hacks you care to pass along to the IPG crowd. I’m looking at the benefits offering and so lost on what plan to choose because I’m going to end up paying $500 or more OOP each month for this medication.

More experienced Ogletree folks.. will not being at 85% billing realization really prevent you from moving up or receiving a bonus? It seems unfair as an associate since I have NO control over it. A case that I spent a ton of time on this year ended up getting a substantial discount on their bill. dropped me to 80% realization.

Had no idea what Ogilvy was actually like until I got here. Glassdoor honestly didn’t go far enough. The place is a lot… different once you’re inside.

Does anyone currently at Omnicom know what the Carrot family planning benefit actually covers? IPG had Maven to cover things like egg freezing, but their United plans covered IVF/IUI up to $25K. Omnicom’s Aetna plans do not cover those things at all.
