I'm curious to know the vibe/reputation of the main Houston lit boutique firms. I don't mind high workload/billables so long as the work gives substantive trial experience, but I want to avoid shops that have a (excessively) toxic/cliquish work environment. I'd also like to make a long-term career at wherever I end up. I'm current looking at AZA, Gibbs, Yetter, Steptoe (formerly SKV), and Beck. Any insight?

What's your favorite offline or online store to get dainty jewellery? I put no effort into looking good when I go to work because I have to wear my scrubs, but I'm starting to realise I don't have to completely give up on the joy I feel when I'm a girly-girl.
