      The Worklife Bowl

This is a song which is tuned to the fibonacci sequence and 432 hz energy vibration. The fibonacci sequence is present at all levels in the universe. It is part of something called Sacred Geometry. It is in galaxies, weather systems, fossils, human DNA, snails shells, and much more. If you meditate to this enough times, then you can actually feel evolutionary/electromagnetic energy moving up the spinal column. This activates the chakras/human energcy centers/ human endocrine glands. Song Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Llbewm4_JA&list=RD9Llbewm4_JA&start_radio=1

I have been working mostly contract and temporary positions in customer service roles which I have never, before now that is, started looking for my new role until my contract was up. My current contract with a health insurance company is up December 31, 2025. I do, but I don't, have time to find something before my current contract is up which I guess is why the ghosting does not bother me too much plus I also know that ghosting is the new part of looking for work in the mid 2020s.

6 half slabs of babybacks in honor of my prodigal son’s visit. Hardwood chunk charcoal and cherry wood splits rolling smoke at 250-275°F for 3 hours. Into a Dutch oven with a Modelo Especial beer to braise for an hour. Then shellac multiple layers of Stubb’s Original until the desired level of stickiness is unctuously achieved. To be served with roasted corn on the cob, requested Mom-made mac & cheese, coleslaw, tater salad, bean & fregula salad, and sliced heirloom maters.

Im applying to a security adviser position with Shell oil in Washington DC and my current experience makes me very well qualified for the position. after tailoring my resume to mimic the skills needed on the job listing, I get an automated rejection email. Anyone here have experience applying for jobs at Shell and could offer any advise? This would be a game-changing salary change for me and be a huge move forward in my career. Any help is appreciated!

Does anyone know if MetriTech is a certificate phishing scam? Their hiring practices and rude reception people give off that vibe. I called to follow-up on an email and call I missed. And the woman said, "No one called you, we appreciate you sending your certificate." What do you all think of this? I sent a response email saying to destroy any info they have of mine. I'm not sure what happened there, but they certainly are NOT professional.

When I started out on Indeed putting my resume out the next day I got an email from a legit recruiter offering me a position at Coast Dental, Needless to say, I’m very aware of that company that’s why I say “legit”. It’s not what I was looking for so I had to decline the offer. I kept the email from the recruiter. Should I contact that recruiter for other positions or is that recruiter only for Coast Dental?

I read an article about how Nutter Butter is doing intentionally crazy videos on their social media and it's actually working for them. So I went on their TikTok, and this is the first video I saw. What is going on? How is it that this is what works?? I'm actually not sure what to understand and take back after watching this video. My perception is that the cookies are now laced with drugs.

What is a work benefit or perk that is non-negotiable? Assume you already have sufficient Vac/Sick time, what's the next best thing? Mine is the ability to sell back unused sick/vac time at the end of the year. I have always wanted that ever since my husband had a job where he had that benefit and it always created an amazing bonus at the end of the year.

I live in Wisconsin and we have a joke about the 2 seasons here: winter and road construction. I love working from home for that very reason, but sometimes I feel like a captive. Every once in a while, I get an itch to spring clean, but it may not be spring. What do you do?
