I applied to the role and had an interview with the manager. It went well but I clarified that I need visa. A week after, they told me "at this point, we would love to continue with you if we can sponsor you a visa". Then last week we had a meeting again, they told me that visa won't be an issue. They'll be passing this information to the manager and "if I'm her top pick, I'll be contacted for an offer". Is this good? Bad?
