I have no real exp of backend development, but I was able to fake my experience on my resume and pose as one to get two offers. I have 3.5 years of experience, and I cannot decide between the two. I need real work ex to switch in the future. But the brand name and benefits also matter. 1. Salesforce - Technical Support (Lots of benefits but rotational shift) - 19.25 LPA 2. Wissen Technology - (Work for Morgan Stanley) - Java Developer - 18 LPA Which should I pick, given my non dev background?
I left my previous organisation on June 12th. My next chapter is with TCS and DOJ is on 22nd June. Portal shows the same. However I haven't received any onboarding invite yet . Its 18th June today. HR are unresponsive despite multiple follow ups. Can some one guide here please?

Hi I am earning 17lpa in Bangalore at age 34. But i stay in my own house. Is i am poor or lower middle class person? I see that Instagram one person commenting that person earning 17lpa in Bangalore is considered as poor. There i felt very bad and embarrassing. Why i felt bad because i have put too much hard work for earning 17lpa.One person in Insta commenting that 17lpa is considering as poor really he don’t money management skills
I enjoy the business overall. However, there is undoubtedly some bias. The major challenge is finding a work-life balance. I disagree with the idea of being required to respond to emails at odd hours, on weekends, or while on vacation.
Thanka a lot for reply. I could not find any bowl or Broadridge employee here. So thats some relief. Do they give 100% variable pay or more than that or less than that?
They will give 100% variable pay. It used less or high based on mid term review earlier but now it's paid quarterly so you will get 90 to 100% for sure.
