How to define a large size company, mid size company and small company?
Greetings , People with career gaps exceeding one year, how did you manage to get back into IT , please share your experiences to help me in this phase. (4+ yoe) Highly demotivated. Not getting recruiter visibility, asked friends and ex colleagues for referrals , no avail. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thankyou.
The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. My concern is the 8L variable — don't want to land in a situation where I'm chasing a number that never fully pays out. Anyone at The Hartford India? How's the culture, stability, and variable payout track record? How is the well-being at hartford india Worth signing and resigning from current company or not?
Hello all if you want referral in @infosys let me know Thank you
Hi guys, Does anyone give interview for deloitte gen ai/ machine learning recently What type of questions they ask and what is total interview time And what is your total interview experience I have one scheduled today, replies are appricated
This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!
A small business would be under 50 people, actually maybe less than 100 people. I would say mid-sized would 100 to 5000 people than a large company would be over 500 people
It is determined through the number of employees. Small businesses are usually defined with fewer than 100 employees; midsize enterprises are those organizations with 100 to 999 employees. More than that, they're considered large enterprises.
Yes, this is the correct answer. If you look on job sites, you will also see designations based on number of employees. Most over 999 are corporations.
