How long does Dell technologies interview process take, like from the time the last interview is done, how long do they take to give a verbal confirmation from the HR and to release offer? Thanks.

Resigned from LTIMindtree in March 2026 with LWD in May. Despite being a top performer for 2 years and consistently receiving 4/4 ratings, my final rating was reduced to 1/4 after resignation, which impacted my variable pay eligibility. Disappointing experience, especially when my managers acknowledged my contributions and performance throughout the year.
Hiring freeze is ongoing but we still get opening & referral mails.. so, not exactly sure whats the situation.. if they interviewed you, then openings must be there is some team.. you can reach out to the HR once for updates.. all the best!
Hiring is happening for senior positions. I recently got offer in Dell. Yet to join.

How you apply for positions with them? I heard hiring is freeze for them?
I applied via linkedIn which redirected to their site and was interviewed last week and this week. I don't think there is a hiring freeze in dell.
There is hiring freeze in dell but i guess not for senior roles. For senior roles every company is open the issue is mainly for the entry level roles
