I worked at Advance Financial full-time for more than a year

Pros

My schedule, the customers, and pay was ok compared to most other companies with similar positions.

Cons

Laid off RIF, some managers....some were good though, health and dental benefits weren’t good I spent less just paying doctors as self pay patient and not even mentioning any insurance.

Advice to Management

Rehire or offer positions back
