Had the illusion of bonuses and rewards. Bonus targets were insanely high (90%-95%) and solely dependent on scheduling production or recare appointments and hounding people who were delinquent on... balances. We had many who would come to the practice and leave with their treatment plan for a cheaper clinic, thus making these targets impossible.

Cons

- low starting salary and pitiful raises if any - NO HR, there was no means of talking to HR at NADG as an employee of one of their practices. Looked all over the website and asked other employees. -... products NADG allowed us to purchase were substandard , leading to more appointments for easily damaged work - weekly emails from the big wigs talking about their families, holiday celebrations, and other self aggrandizement while their employees work on holidays and evenings with no thanks other than said emails. My coworkers and I would open them and mutually roll our eyes. -NADG is regularly sued , google for yourself
