- COO always try to miscommunicate - Employees were forced to come to the office in this critical situation - Employee handbook policies are no real benefit for employees - HR Dept is just a name.... No employee welfare. Highly influenced by COO. - HR never replies to the employee emails. Never gives a solution to the employee but always diverts the topic - Employees were forced to apply leaves in the critical situation when WFH was possible I advise job seekers to avoid this organization

appoint new COO if the management is really interested in making ATI a success.
