Featured Review

Current Employee - Marketing

I have been working at Amazon part-time for less than a year

Pros

Work your own hours Fun to be working there Reasonable pay on effort

Cons

Take a long time to process things sometimes

Advice to Management

Sometimes we need more human interaction and less automation

Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at Stanley Black & Decker full-time for less than a year

Pros

Helpful coworkers, great management, freedom, flexibility, great if you’re a self starter. It pretty much is what you bring to the table as you have to look after your territory and if you can swing... it and go the extra mile it’s really appreciated.

Cons

Things can always go sideways but so far nothing that really stands out. A good portion of my working life has been pretty lame so when something good happens to you like this the little things... don’t bother you so much.

Advice to Management

Keep on rockin in the free world. Keep being respectful to your employees and treating them well. Keep helping them with their problems and questions.
