I have been working at Avaya full-time
Avaya has a great, employee friendly and flexible work culture. Everyone is always happy to help others. There is always a focus on best practices, continuous improvement and innovation. There are... several career progression opportunities for its employees.
There is still some scope of enhancing the existing policies in order to ensure that, nobody is able to misuse the flexibility provided by Avaya to its employees.

I worked at Avaya Government Solutions for less than a year
Salary is pretty decent. Work from home.
I worked in the Fairfax office. Pretty boring. Hardly anyone working there. Though the on-boarding process was smooth, there was no POC from HR as everybody is working in some other part of the... world and highly volatile environment in terms of workforce. Retained me without providing me complete information and mentoring. Could be confusing if this is your first job. Uncomfortable hierarchy at work. Not a very friendly or warm workplace. Faced issues right before leaving the organization as there was no one to contact regarding the process. No provided enough information on time. You could be left hanging in the air regarding future plans.
Advice to Management
Please mentor and guide new joiners. Encourage and give more time to them.
