"I Love What I Do"

Pros

I love the kids and what I do to help them. It is so rewarding to see these little ones flourish. But good vibes do not pay the bills.

Cons

Pay is not great and increases are even worse. If you decide to work here, do the bare minimum. They will try to give you extra work without pay. Just say no. It won't increase you salary. Care for... the little ones with all your heart. The pay will not keep you at Bayada.
