1. After certain level in hierarchy lesser chances to attain a new level. 2. Compensation is pretty average.

1. This is a perfect company to work for. The compensation can be a bit better to retain the good employees.

Can be quite slow and hierarchical Pay isn’t the highest Offices often in out of city location

Empower your junior staff to take action more Don’t let the funnel of communication get too contrived because of hierarchy Assess where there are resource needs and surpluses
