1. Excessive work pressure created unnecessary due to which one of the employee died due to heart attack at Max Life Gurgaon. 2. Manager and supervisor does not want to document anything related to... employees issue and also to play a blame game. 3. The manager and supervisor asks to send an escalation email from junior and subordinate so as to keep there image clean and distroy the reputation of junior hence feeling of humiliation from other person. The reaction of manger changes to requesting mode after getting the call from escalated person. 4. Document from senior level is lacking extensively. To put a blame game that you should have told us earlier. 5. Lack of humanity even if the person is having emergency and hospital situation at family and death in the family and are asked to come to office at work. 6. One on one connect is lacking and there is no concept of skip level meeting in the team. Juniors have to follow up multiple times even weeks to there immediate manager.
