Pros

There are no advantages associated with working for this company.

Cons

The ludicrously low pay renders this company completely noncompetitive for any native English speaker with any genuine qualification. I shudder to think what the caliber of the employees they... actually manage to retain must be. Rather than adding my own 'dissing'/grief to the ever growing collective (which could just be construed as 'sour grapes' or the like), I simply urge the users of this site to 'scroll down', and read in full some of the posts of others. Here are a few passages from some of the most recent ones (all less than 6 months ago): (Jul 23, 2019): 'Pathetic organization to work for. They don't respect their employees. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. ... People from CEO team write positive reviews by their own about the company and they took increase the rating.' (Jul 5, 2019): 'After the interview and the confirmation i was told to submit my original certificates as a collateral ... [consult the OP's original review for extensive further details that appear here] ... I suppose its not legal to just keep a candidates certificate.' (May 23, 2019): 'CEO driven completely. Can be thrown out without any warning or procedure.' (Apr 11, 2019): 'Micro-Management is ingrained in this company's values. ... In my tenure of around 30 months, I have seen 300-350 people join in and leave.' (Mar 25, 2019): Sanitation is very poor - the desks and washrooms are not kept clean. (infestation of cockroaches and rats are also prevalent). No stability: You could be thrown out at any time without any warning (Especially if you belong to the IT Department) - No proper policies ... The most telling previous review of all is this one, and it is 100% 'on the money', not just for this company but other 'mimic-type' companies currently operating in 'developing' ESL countries: 'Your academic peer review work will be critiqued by Indian graduate students who have never published a paper. They told me that my correct punctuation and grammar was incorrect and then stopped sending assignments without explanation.'
