I have been working at IQVIA full-time for less than a year

I just started IQVIA, it has been 6 months, it is one of the best organizations, they have the best benefits, the staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped me alot. working here is based on life... balance, you are free to leave your work anytime if you need an urgent thing or sickness.
Cons
So far I have not seen any negative points. they are improving management and staff frequently. due to that, they have one of the best managements
