Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Environmental Resources Management full-time

Pros

Great culture Experienced professionals Down to earth Global leader in sustainability consulting

Cons

Salaries not as competitive Turnover

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Natural Resource Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Modern work spaces, fun group events, good location, beautiful office space A very friendly CEO. He is a great guy!

Cons

HR is horrible. You cannot trust HR to support you. Managers in most areas are absolute tyrants. No advancement for new entrants. Pay was on the low side for amount of work required and demanded. The... expectation was to be working on weekends, through lunches and breaks. Vacation requests were frowned upon.

Advice to Management

Get rid of HR in upper and mid levels.
