The headline hints to Dickens' classic. In this place I found psychological and moral development. Historically, Relias has targeted high potential and early career candidates and developed them.... Internal promotions are high in the sales organization. The sales leadership is clear with expectations and goals (quota). They want to help you achieve and their interests are mutually aligned. The product is good. You can feel good about selling something that helps organizations provide better care. A top performer can make good money. The people that support the sales organization are wonderful if you treat them with kindness; Legal, Finance, Support, PM, Sale Ops, Business Systems, IT, HR, etc. They want you to succeed. It’s important that you thank them.
The standard contract terms are rigid and it can be difficult to gain agreement from sophisticated businesses. Less sophisticated businesses fail to review the terms which causes challenges to those... managing the latter half of the client's lifecycle.
Advice to Management
I loved hearing things like “customer obsessed” and “customer centric”. I really think this is the right direction and will bring in a whole new level of revenue growth and employee satisfaction.
