Pros
Good people, interesting work, global offices, global events.
Cons
There's a lot to say, but the root cause here comes down to nepotism, narcissism, and a lack of simple human trust. The new CEO, and leadership team, disliked the current organization and set out to... destroy it. I'm not sure why, but I guess that they felt betrayed by what they were told about the business before they came on board. That led to an antagonism that was present in any meeting with leadership. This made progress of any kind nearly impossible. If we had a lemonade stand we'd have to justify buying tables because, "We sell lemonade, and tables are expensive." The only success relayr has found is in manufacturing risk and harvesting failure.
