Pros

No Pros to be honest,

Cons

"Vibrant Mallu Lobby Culture": The pervasive presence of a cliquish Malayali lobby overshadowed professional interactions, fostering exclusion and favoritism. Poor work-life balance: The company... lacked a conducive work-life balance, with long hours and unpredictable schedules, leading to burnout and fatigue. "Unsupportive Reporting Manager": My reporting manager displayed a lack of leadership and support, undermining efforts and fostering a toxic work environment. Unpredictable work hours: The absence of fixed work hours made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance and plan personal commitments. "Racist Regional Colleagues": Certain colleagues from the region consistently exhibited discriminatory behavior, making derogatory remarks and promoting a hostile work atmosphere. Difficulty transitioning: The highly specialized nature of the work made it difficult to transition to other roles or industries, limiting career options. "Unhelpful Team Dynamics": Team members were unsupportive and dismissive, hindering collaboration and fostering a culture of belittlement and isolation. Lengthy job search: After leaving Indegene, it took an extended period to secure a new job due to the narrow focus of experience, resulting in a significant reduction in salary.
