Not many job opportunities in Sales, little incentive to rotation: employees tend to keep their job for a long, very long time, sometimes for 10, 15 or more years. For a varied career, prefer... operations based jobs, usually large sites>500 people.

Given the work environment, my experience is that us co-workers tend to grow close,tight forming bonds as we are constantly oppressed, overworked and never less then awestruck with amazement as to... how much continuous decline can happen within a period of time. Sometimes the pay is worth it but rarely. Sometimes you get overtime whereas sometimes you are told straight to your face that it affects your boss' bonus
Everything I've pretty much mentioned in pros along with management being downright stupid at times and always far too stubborn to receive advice to save time, money and lost time in production.... Physical environment alone is a health hazard by itself although in fairness some of that is due to the industry more than the lack of general care or concerns for their employees. I've worked through breaks and lunches in the same day on numerous occasions. Communication is poor. Planning would be better left to Helen Keller and execution is predictably tragic all on... Wait for it... Management side. The place is a bad joke with no punchline. I could go for another hour or so but read the other reviews as well and you'll notice a trend dating back several years. NON of it has gotten any better (worse in fact) since then.
Advice to Management
Non. You won't listen or learn because you simply don't care. And if you are a respective CEO or one of those job flipping types be forewarned: we had the last one leave less than 6 months of coming... on.
