Pros
One week company wide time off per year and other time off for all salaried positions based upon request. Culture and associate engagement is a top priority. Great benefits package. Remote work... Monday and Fridays.
Cons
There are peaks or deliverables that require availability beyond core hours and so being flexible to business cycle demands is very important.
