Pros

Large control of schedule. Variable pay. Supportive work environment. There's a great deal of opportunity for self-development personally and professionally, if you're interested in a career either... in financial planning with some sales work, or strictly as a compliance (sales) professional.

Cons

Compensation is based on commission only and management will have overly optimistic views of what is possible. The management style and approach varies from office to office, so the competence in... teaching varies. The company's reputation also varies depending on prospects previous experience with the company, so some people love Investors Group and some run from it screaming.
