Featured Review

Former Employee - IT Support

I worked at IDEXX Laboratories full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great company to build a solid foundation with. Good parking, office recently moved to a better much more modern environment. Great incentives like free testing for your animals and car leasing.

Cons

Management can sometimes push their employees too far, however they are supportive most of the time. Bad work life balance as working from home not recommended.

Advice to Management

Allow staff to work from home. Listen to staff more.
