- Fun office. Lots of snacks, pool table, Sony consoles, ect. - Get to work on and see exciting new animated films as they are created (also get movie credits!) - Manager is super friendly and... awesome - RRSP matching - Because this is a general tech/IT job you get to work with people with varying backgrounds from arts to computer science and see different perspectives
Cons
- Advancement can be slow if you don't speak with the manager and often does not include a huge pay raise - It is difficult to transition your skills used in this position to a job outside of the... film industry. I think it might be better in other positions. - Sometimes work weird hours (eg. night or early morning shifts) - Need to be extremely attentive every few minutes so its hard to go for a quick walk outside without telling someone.

Cons
Some software/processes that we require using is long due for an update but surely that will happen soon enough. The occasional push for overtime and long hours can be quite draining for computer... fatigue
