Former Contractor - Receptionist

I worked at Johnson & Johnson

Pros

Great experience and perks, I really enjoyed it

Cons

There were none it was great

Former Employee - Senior Product Specialist

I worked at Takeda Pharmaceuticals full-time for more than a year

Pros

Attempted round table discussions to include the voice of employees. Individual feedback was sought from employees to better manage the changes from a small organisation to a bigger one with many... different systems and a big culture change.

Cons

Round tables and individual feedback didn’t seem to make a difference to the processes management had decided were to be in place. Changes were constantly happening causing an incredible amount of... stress to all involved. Burn out was hit by some.

Advice to Management

Be decisive and set out a timeline for changes that staff can agree to before changes happen. Seeking input is fantastic and it needs to be heard and acted upon in an obvious manner. Tell people what... you want and how they can help get you there. Please stop the secret deals behind doors club!
